Turnaround times vary by project. Estimated turnaround time will be noted on your sales agreement. Start of work begins as soon as your deposit is paid.

Our team is available via phone, or email and can confirm the status of any project during the design phase. You can send an email to customerservice@veranodesigns.com with any questions regarding the status of your project.
If Verano has any questions regarding your project we will contact you via email.

We offer all clients 5 revisions per project. A revision constitutes a change to the presented design concept. For example, requesting a different color palette after the work is presented would be considered a revision. A typo is not considered a revision.
Once all available revisions have been exhausted, additional revisions can be purchased for $50.00 each.

You own the rights to approved design work we produce upon receipt of final payment.
Verano Designs holds the rights to all design work prior to receipt of final payment.

Yes! We can expedite your project. Rush fees apply.
Please note print jobs may not be able to be rushed. If you think you will need to rush a project, please let your sales representative know prior to placing an order.
**Deposits on all services must be paid prior to start of design work. Failure to pay a deposit can result in turnaround time delays.
